| 11:25 Delgul | Hi. I need help getting a install kernel to run (ubuntu 2.6.38-10-generic). I get it installed successfully in make-nfs-root, and it boots, but it seems to hang during the initrd scripts while "Regenerating SSL certificates". Any ideas? |

| 12:11 Delgul | Ok, this is what I found so far: kernel stops at scripts/live-bottom/22sslcert, which actually tries to write to the ro nfs partition. May be the problem here... I removed it entirely and am rebuilding my nfsroot now... |

| 13:44 Delgul | ok: apparently 2.6.38 has a problem with the default NFS mount option. It mounts UDP not TCP. Now I need to force the nfs root to be mounted using tcp in FAI. How do I do that? |
