14:07 rgsteele||workAnybody have the problem where they need to actually reboot an additional time after a FAI install for networking to come up properly?  I think it's a udev problem, perhaps due to some custom scripts that do some MAC address swapping, but I'd like to confirm that it's not a behavior that's seen in stock FAI installs..

23:19 zirpugar. i'm using 3.2.15 and ubuntu hardy (8.04.1).  testing with vmware works fine, but the same kernel and initrd on real hardware hangs at mounting root. no errors.
