[20:26] hey guys [20:28] I have a fai 3.1.8 server setup. I am trying to get some configs to be fcopy'd before packages are installed (or after if it works) to be able to place files on the new machine [20:29] I setup the files/etc/ntp.conf/FAIBASE and even added a script for FAIBASE to manually do the fcopy, but the file doesn't show up. I am having similar problems with ssh host keys [20:29] any suggestions or help would be appreciated [20:30] I should note that other files are copying over fine that I have added, but just when its a file related to the package config that I seem to have problems [20:31] as for ssh, I looked at the script that generates the host keys and it seems to be that it blindly generates them, but im not sure how I copy stuff after package installs to replace existing files [20:51] nm, think I solved it myself [20:51] the fcopy was corrected mid install in the script file (but before the install was at that point) and seems to have copied properly when corrected before install.
